Cons
Don't expect rent receipts or a valid lease. This 9 unit townhouse apartment building is riddled with building code violations and a landlords daughter "ghosting" as the buildings Managing Agent using and abusing Power of Attorney. Landlord is nice, responsive, looking out for neighbors overall.
Cons
There is one neighbor in the building who is a pest to everyone else. It is liveable but definitely a nuisance. Not sure he’ll be there significantly longer.
