Good experience but the management company changed and was terrible
Pros
They come often to do pest services and the management company I had was very responsive
Cons
The garbage room was so gross and they left it filled to the top for over a week when changing management companies

Does the trick - and then some
Pros
Our unit had an outdoor patio. The building itself is a nice size - I enjoyed only having 4 units in the building and each was its own level.
Cons
The usual for these investment properties — cheap, cheap appliances, thin walls, inefficient and expensive HVAC.
