Good place to live

- Good management and maintenance, turn around time is pretty quick for any problems - Overall quiet neighbors and respectful
Cons
Pest control comes monthly but they never tell you when they're going to come

Cute building with some quirks
Pros
Great neighbors, great location, nice gym downstairs
Cons
We had problems with mice and flies. We had plumbing issues for several months, and the water pressure is low. The floor of the roof deck is not well kept/could be hazardous due to loose wooden planks.
Advice to the owners
Seal all the holes in the kitchen area to avoid mice coming into the apartments
