great location and exposed brick
Cons
so many rats always in front of the building and in the backyard, roaches in the apartment

Nice place nice location

Love the layout - dishwasher is good you’re right on bedford so only 15 minutes to Williamsburg and only 20 minutes to Fulton station
Cons
Management isn’t as responsive as they could be but they’re not bad. Will raise price of apartment by a crazy amount even though I’ve lived here for two years.

Don’t raise rent
