Good Building, Terrible Management
Pros
Nice building, nice super
Cons
Management are con men. Jacking up rent to crazy prices EVERY. YEAR. They are unkind and the worst kind of landlord. Only care about making as much $$ as possible. It's family owned, son is just as bad as the father.

Great prices for EV studio
Pros
The super lives next door and is very responsive. Studios are priced fairly. Laundry in basement
Cons
The management is very hard to get ahold of. Neighbors are not very friendly and complain a lot. Rodent problems
