Please fix the place up before renting.
Pros
Close to the 7 train. Access to many diverse restaurants.
Cons
Overpopulated area. The rent would go up intensely high without being warned at least a month. Many rodents in the apartment that were never addressed. Neighbors are intensely loud and rude. Never given a receipt of proof of paid rent. Owner would never address the families concerns.
Advice to the owners
Clean up the place. Stop over charging for rent if the place looks like trash.
