Small quiet walkup
Pros
- Amazing landlord - it’s a co-op so everyone has a different landlord. - Clean building - Lively neighborhood with lots of coffee options, restaurants, grocery stores, and retail. - Whole Foods around the corner
Cons
Neighbors can be noisy but I think that’s all of NY, so… Common areas could be cleaner. The heat in the winter can be unbearable…again just like most of NY.

Great building, bad location
Pros
Very responsive staff, clean laundry room, little to no issues with bugs or pests
Cons
Location is extremely inconvenient, and street has been consistently under construction
