Responsive landlords and a super who lives in the building They’ve done a nice job of restoring original details
Cons
Although they are clean and functional, the kitchens are dated

Good place for living. Needs upgrades

High ceilings. Tons of light. Great location. My unit had a working fireplace.
Cons
Kitchen, bathroom and heating need an upgrade.
