Morder deign of the apartment. Responsible owners
Cons
Apartamentos facing the street get a lot of noises and in summer is a nightmare

Rooftop Management responsiveness Nice interiors Speaker systems in ceilings Tall ceilings Large bike storage shed in locked backyard Laundry in bldg Small workout area
Cons
Friends had issues getting deposit refunds back One apartment had a stove installed incorrectly causing gas leak Thin walls between apartments (not the worst) Rooftop doesn’t get cleaned often Fire escape in back is very narrow
