Former tenant·8 months ago

nice place close to subway

Pros

close to subway small building quite

Cons

of old finishes in apartments

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Meets the necessities

Pros

Management has been responsive. The building is handicap accessible and there is in building laundry

Cons

The building has an issue with roaches and Waterbugs in the basement via the laundry room drainage pipe. Thankfully, Management has been responsive to complaints about it. The recycling goes in the basement and the garbage goes outside and that serves an unnecessary hassle since they go to different places. I requested windowguards in my apartment at move in which, nearly a year later, were never installed. Repair requests have gone unanswered unless they posed an immediate threat to the property (like water damage).

Advice to the owners

It may be useful to streamline garbage management. The recycling goes in the basement and the garbage goes outside and that serves an unnecessary hassle.
