Central AF Extremely quiet location Cute courtyard to store stuff / hang out in the hammock
Cons
So dirty, my god Share rent with mice. We call ours Mickey Zero security as the front building door doesn't close/lock Packages being stolen
Advice to the owners
He ain't gonna look as he's got 15 other buildings in W'burg lmao

Pros
The location is perfect, right in the heart of Williamsburg. The layout of the apts in the carriage are nice There's a nice grape vine out back The landlord is responsive in particular about heat or plumbing
Cons
There's a roach problem Paper-thin walls, even across the hall Front building lock doesn't work properly The trash isn't kept off the sidewalk and many tenants just throw trash around The plumbing is very loud The radiators don't work well
Advice to the owners
Clean up the buildings and give renters specific places for trash and packages. And exterminate!
