Pros
Clean building, nice finishes, great doormen. The super is very responsive. The gym is also really nice.
Cons
The washer/dryer could be better. An extra spin cycle is required otherwise the clothes don't dry.

Pros
Great location, clean building kept well, great amenities, great units, Amazon locker
Cons
One side has a doorman the other has a virtual doorman, sometimes they’d restrict roof access to a sign up sheet on holidays and wouldn’t allow tenants up there (even though we pay the rent)
