Pros
Clean and well kept. Mostly friendly neighbors.
Cons
Thin walls and floors. Some neighbors think the noise is you when it can be nearby units.

Great building management
Pros
For a walk up in Manhattan, this building is pretty solid. I lived here for two years and no major complaints.
Cons
Hot in the winter but to be expected in a walk up I had one or two water bugs over the two years I lived there.
