Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenants of buildings managed by Daniel Wrublin generally find the properties well-located and acceptably clean, with pest control and garbage management varying across sites. Many praise the responsive superintendent and timely appliance repairs, though some report management can be slow or unfriendly. Heating is inconsistent—some apartments stay warm, while others experience long waits for hot water or cold conditions. Noise levels tend to be moderate, with some complaints about external disruptions. Laundry facilities are often absent, requiring off-site solutions. Communication and maintenance responsiveness represent mixed experiences, with a few tenants urging more respect and attentiveness from management to improve tenant satisfaction.

Great building no frills

Pros

New finishes to a charming noilta building. Heat is sufficient but not overly hot in the winter. Viktor the super is very responsive and when we had our dishwasher break they fixed it promptly. Building also gets a decent amount of light and stays fairly clean. It's also extremely quiet.. street noise and neighbors are both pretty much nonexistent besides a few loud cars every once in awhile

Cons

Definitely a small space but very on par with other Nolita apartments. I had one bad run in with a neighbor right when I was moving in but otherwise most people in the building are kind. No laundry in building so you'll have to drop off across the street or go to laundromat

Advice to the owners

none :) great building and happy resident

Comfortable and Best Location

Pros

Relatively quiet with a lot of long-term residents, pest-free, good light on the top floor, a sweet man cleans the building most weeks and keeps it pretty clean, video intercom

Cons

Units are small, apartment can get cold in the winter, rude property manager, packages constantly stolen
