Quaint affordable living in the heights
Pros
I like how close it is to the A, C, and 1 trains. I also appreciate that it’s close to Broadway with lots of shops but not quite in the thick of it. The building is nothing special but there are some good units. The view from the roof is lovely. You can see Al the way to midtown
Cons
They can be slow for maintenance because the landlord is in Jersey a lot. Some problems with package theft but for the most part not too bad.
Advice to the owners
a new call box system would be great

Pretty great apartment
Pros
Big, updated apartment. Good trash management so it’s pretty clean apart from the occasional trash on the landings. Frequent pest control. Good super.

Lack of laundry lol
