Older building, but great location
Pros
On a beautiful street Neighbors are respectful and quiet Apartments themselves are quiet Super is attentive and responsive
Cons
Building is older, so the stairwells and lighting aren't great Heat is controlled by the building, so it can get incredibly hot during the winters Floors are creaky You can hear those above you very easily
Advice to the owners
Definitely time to do some renovations and repairs to ensure the building remains suitable for tenants

Worth $ for location, but problems
Pros
Great location, beautiful/charming apartments, exposed brick, etc
Cons
Cockroaches and bugs, bad property management company that all the neighbors have had issues with, no fire alarm, escape, or carbon monoxide detectors, wasnt cleaned upon move in
