Better than most
Pros
The super is so nice and responsive, garbage shoots on each floor make trash easy,
Cons
Water bugs in the basement, management is slow to respond, packages gets stolen a lot and the drier doesn’t work half the time
Advice to the owners
Please fix the laundry’services and get a second super

Loved Calling this My Home
Pros
- Great Sup - Interior builds are quiet - No problem with neighbors or building - Problems with apartment were few and fixed promptly
Cons
- Package stolen once in a blue moon, generally safe though - May have street noise depending on what side you are on. I was away from the street and didn't - Dead roaches down near recycling area
