Great location, most of the doormen are nice
Cons
One of the doormen and the super are incredibly rude

Clean, good area (but loud), elevators
Cons
Building is run by mean awful people. From the super to the doormen to the management company - everyone is terrible and unhelpful. Weird random rules too.
Advice to the owners
Hire nicer people
