Heat is faulty Laundry facilities aren’t great Trash piles up and smells Super is unresponsive

Pros
The building inside is clean and no quiet. No major disturbances from neighbors.
Cons
The outside of the building is very loud during the night and sometimes the afternoon due to bar downstairs. The building also have roaches.
Advice to the owners
Clean up the roach infestation. Clean up the piled up garbage and clean the elevator daily.
