Charm and class on the best block in BK Heights
Pros
- friendly neighbors, everyone keeps an eye out for their neighbors - beautiful backyard, shared with upstairs tenant (no issues) - garbage never piles up - older, yet trusted appliances, quality gas stove, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. - spacious kitchen
Cons
- basement level can get slightly dark (but recessed lighting works beautifully if the natural light is sparse) - gate under stoop is heavy (but it is nice to feel secure)

Keep providing excellent service to your tenants
