Great area with an okay place
Pros
- Friendly neighborhood - Great access to M/J/L and good access to G lines. - Large common area - Gated
Cons
- Stolen packages from Amazon - Old and dusty all around - Potential for a great place - Roommate/property manager unfriendly and too strict. Beware.
Advice to the owners
There are lots of random quirks about this place that could be fixed but are not. Nothing about the apartment or building is amazing or A+. That being said, everything is usable and functional but not ideal.
