Good if subway proximity is your main goal
Pros
Right next to the subway, and the renovated kitchen and bathroom was very nice.
Cons
Small for the money despite being rent stabilized, way too many roaches, and everything outside the unit looked dingy.
Wonderful building, Great Neighbors
Pros
The building has a great layout and the entry is wonderful. Having an elevator and laundry in the building is a plus. The proximity to the A Line subway can’t be beat! New Super is helping to take care of issues quickly.
Cons
There was an issue of packages being stolen from the lobby. After the Super was able to catch the person(s) on video, they filed a police report and took measures to secure the doors to the building. The common areas need serious attention and improvement - peeling paint, poor lighting.
Advice to the owners
Olshan Properties - There is an opportunity to make this a jewel of a building in the neighborhood. The location is ideal. Do not ignore it.
