Pros
Beautifully maintained, exquisite lobby décor. Helpful & Receptive Staff Raul (Superintendent) is great, he gets all issue resolved quickly

Beautiful building, mostly a lovely experience
Pros
Tall ceilings, quiet building, not too many units.
Cons
Heat and hot water was sometimes a challenge.
Advice to the owners
The super was too busy with building problems to deal with issues that related to your unit.
