Okay experience overall

-A lot of space in apartments -Built ins -Roof space
Cons
-Weird format for apartments -dark -not always well kept in hallway -Bugs

Landlord could be nicer.
Pros
Small building. Large room and closets.
Cons
Landlord made it very difficult to move. Too many requirements for a small brownstone.
Advice to the owners
Be fairer to tenants.
