Anh Test Charming Bushwick Apartment in a Vibrant Neighborhood
Pros
This spot is right in the heart of Bushwick, surrounded by cool cafes, bars, and street art. The apartment has a cozy, modern vibe with nice finishes and plenty of natural light. It’s just a short walk to public transit, making the commute to Manhattan easy.
Cons
The building doesn’t have many amenities, and the stairwells could use some updating. Street parking is tough, so it’s not ideal if you have a car. Noise from the lively neighborhood can sometimes be heard, especially late at night.

The building has a great public rooftop and backyard. It also has a decent gym in the basement and laundry in the building.
Cons
The shared spaces in the building were messy.
