Best landlord I’ve ever had
Pros
I’ve since moved out of this building, but I frequently think about how much I miss how it was managed. The units were beautiful, but most importantly requests for repairs were resolved quickly and professionally repairs
Cons
The bar owner downstairs wasn’t pleasant or mindful of the fact that people lived nearby

Loved my little corner in Queens
Pros
Not that many units, couldn’t hear my neighbors, landlord was always responsive, no bug issues, spacious, great location
Cons
Utilities not included and the heat didn’t work as well as I would like
