Good Transient Apartment Building
Pros
Fun rooftop, young neighbors, prime spot in Ridgewood, Cute murals on the hallway walls
Cons
Had a really bad roach infestation. Reported it to the landlord when we noticed 1-2 and nothing was done, it went on to become so bad that I had to move out. It was disgusting.
Advice to the owners
Respond to your tenants in a timely manner

Actually pretty good
Pros
Responsive management Monthly exterminator Laundry in building Building was actually pretty decent, management was responsive but chill, not overbearing or demanding/invasive
Cons
Could have more dryers/clean the washing machines Gets cold in the apartment, heating is electric so it can get expensive Moved out bc wanted apartment with sunlight/better circulation
Advice to the owners
Keep doing what you’re doing and don’t raise prices
