Could Be Better
Pros
Convenient location, nice layout of apartment, affordable
Cons
So many bugs in the building that eventually make their way into the apartment, have seen roaches crawling in the staircases. Owners not super responsive. Water really cold in winter.

Was a decent apartment
Pros
-Coziness in the apartment -neighbors are nice -convenient neighborhood -in front of citi bike station
Cons
-management is not good at responding -loud music next to bar 101 Wilson Ave -water pressure has not been fixed -showers tend to clog
Advice to the owners
Do better at responding to renters and fixing problems within the building.
