a lovely building to call home
Pros
rent stabilized, never had a pest, responsive landlords, kind and diligent super, elevator!
Cons
we have a neighbor who loves to scream at the top of his lungs a lot and the walls are paper thin, so we hear every single thing. the stairs are also uneven, the elevator goes out of service fairly often, and you can’t use the elevator to move in/out.

Location, in unit laundry
Cons
Occasionally have water bugs in my apartment and in the hall ways. Street facing front door lock has been broken since 2021. Ceiling is rotted and falling down in the hallway. No fire escape on my floor.
Advice to the owners
Update the building it looks old and run down
