Clean Place, Unresponsible landlord
Pros
Clean place, no pests, updated kitchen and fixtures. Super responds quickly and efficiently easy to pay rent. Vibe just depends on tenants.
Cons
Landlord does not deal with issues, kicked everyone out based off one roommate not paying rent although they were warned about the roommate before and did nothing. Will not get security deposit back
Advice to the owners
Please be more aware of issues within the house.

An average landlord/building
Pros
The building feels newer than the surrounding buildings. The rooms have great ceiling height.
Cons
Management is not the most responsive, usually takes a few days for an email response.
