Clean building, nice doormen, close to train
Cons
Outdated, renewal increases way too high, thin walls (always heard traffic from the tunnel)

- Concierge / maintenance team are top notch - Units are nicely maintained - Close to Port Authority / NY Penn Station
Cons
- Noisy location, right above 42nd street / Lincoln tunnel traffic
