Unresponsive landlord: beware
Pros
Great location, became besties with our building mates, nice apartment layout
Cons
Not the best landlord. Lazy with upkeep and unresponsive Mold growing and didn’t care to fix anything unless we threatened to stop paying rent. Raised monthly rent on us many times and had to negotiate ruthlessly to get a fair rent
Advice to the owners
Be cautious when you do a walk through

Great light but a lot of drawbacks

Big windows and good light. Common areas kept clean
Cons
Very noisy bar backyard facing the back of the building. Heat insulation was terrible
