not worth the money
Pros
- great location - great layouts
Cons
- no exhaust in kitchen (some units have it) - no laundry in building (some units have w/d) - roaches/pill bugs/silverfish in building (mostly dead now) - bar downstairs - construction on block - management gives last min notice on renewal prices

It Is What It Is
Pros
The apartment itself is nice. Maintenance responds to requests usually within the week, which isn’t helpful when an essential item, like your toilet or washing machine, need assistance.
Cons
- neighbors steal your packages - mice in the building - noisy neighborhood at times
