Julio is trying his best
Pros
- on-site super: Julio - Julio and his workers respond quickly to issues - heat and hot water are good
Cons
- roach problems especially in the basement - basement, where washers/dryers/trash and recycling disposal is located, is only open from 8 am-9 pm - building owners are prioritizing superficial upgrades over building necessities like pest control - need more washers and dryers
Advice to the owners
let julio live in one of the apartments, not the basement

Good garbage management. Nice backyard.
Cons
Building a bit run down. Hear and cooling isn’t equal in all rooms.
