Overall good setup, ideal block location

Great location Nice rooftop Big windows in bedrooms Most bedrooms are quiet

Good and bad
Pros
GREAT location. Amazing street with a lot going on but not too loud. Wide staircase that makes moving in and out easier. Rooftop is a plus.
Cons
It's a pre-war building so everything is just very old and breaks often. I'm not sure if the other units were like ours, but our apartment was VERY overpriced. Paid $5,800 for a very, very tiny, dark place. Just beware and make sure to tour before!
