Well laid out 1 bedroom
Pros
Quiet, clean and respectful neighbors. Good soundproofing. Few issues with stolen packages.
Cons
New management is unresponsive. Washers and dryers in building barely work and management does nothing to fix them. Unit on our floor had roach infestation for over a month that affected all units on floor.
