Great area; questionable moments
Pros
So much to do and see. Beautiful tree lined block. Gorgeous Central Park near by and perfect distance from train
Cons
Packages are stolen often, no security cameras! Management takes a long time to fix things, drunk kids getting locked out often ringing bells, many rats outside but that’s all if nyc.
Advice to the owners
Get cameras dude!

-good super -large living space -trash and recycling are easy

-management is hard to work with -my apartment has a mouse that I cannot get rid of
